ChatLive121 is an interactive text-based chat service. By having a "Chat" button on your Web site, customers can engage in a two-way dialog with your representatives in real time. Exhibit personal service by customizing your responses to meet individual needs. ChatLive also enables customer service representatives to assist multiple customers simultaneously.
With this product, you have the ability to push pages to your visitors' browser - allowing for both the online representative and customer to literally be "on the same page." Furthermore, representatives can have predefined web pages of product information, pricing, pictures, or other frequently asked questions. These messages can be stored in the Chat Library for easy access. This enables consistency throughout all chat sessions. All information is pushed to a separate window in an effort not to interfere with the chat session.
At the end of each chat session, the customer can request a transcript of the dialogue via e-mail, or view/print the session online. The sessions are also catalogued and stored in the BackOffice for review.
