customers via text chat in real-time. Live interaction can begin within

Customers
begin a session by simply clicking on the "Let's Chat" icon on your
Web site. This prompts a dialogue box.The customer enters his/her
name, and e-mail address at the login screen.

The ChatLive
system announces an incoming chat request (an audible and visual alert).
The operator then selects the customer from the queue.

The
customer receives a greeting message
from the agent and the interactive two-way chat session begins.
A special audio and visual notification alerts the operator that
a Web site visitor has requested a chat session. ChatLive includes
the ability to transfer visitors between operators and departments.
Once the visitor has been transferred, their dialogue will remain
in the "Dialogue View" area until another visitor has
been selected and engaged from the queue. In addition, our Chat
product operates within a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which addresses
the security concerns associated with online transactions. All operators
can login to the ChatLive system behind sophisticated firewalls.
