BackOffice captures valuable Marketing data to help you manage your business. The BackOffice offers e-businesses the most comprehensive suite of management interfaces available for any interactive service. It provides reporting modules for tracking information and running reports plus control modules for customizations. Reports
This area provides two levels of information to the administrator:

• Operator performance: Review reports on individual operator utilization (time logged in, time engaged, number of sessions, average session length, etc…).
• Data management: search for previous sessions based on the Session I.D., the Web Agent, or the Operator name. This allows the manager to audit the quality of communication that is being provided to the customer.

Web Agents
Operators are referred to as "Web Agents" in the BackOffice. Operators can be added, modified, or deleted in this area. The administrator can customize all greetings, login names, and divisions. For example -- the operator "Mike" is logged in as "John in Sales" and "Larry in Support". In this case "Larry and John" are not real people but "Web Agents. "Mike" is the actual person portraying the "Web Agents."
